5. Try cosmetic hair thickening, volume adding products. These usually take the form of a hair thickening spray or microfiber or shampoo or conditioner. Although these products are merely cosmetic and won’t biologically remedy thinning hair they cosmetically can, almost instantly. Again, be sure that you know what the ingredients in these types of products are and whether they are safe for you as an individual.

-Include natural sources of calcium into your daily diet. Powdered egg shells mixed with milk are an excellent source of calcium that can prevent any further thinning of your hair. Tofu, beans, nuts, fish, sesame seeds are natural sources of calcium as well.

 

-Intake of copper is good for hair loss and hair thinning. Deficiency of copper can be supplemented by an intake of shell fish. You can also include brewer’s yeast in your daily intake of food. Apart from biotin, brewer’s yeast is an excellent source of chromium, zinc, calcium, and inositol, which are essential supplements that prevent thinning of hair.
